Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of GrowALE's AI-native CRM, workspace tools, sales pipelines, and integration services.

01

Acceptance Of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The ALE Brands LLC, doing business as GrowALE ("GrowALE", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website located at growale.com, the GrowALE web application located at app.growale.com, and all associated services, APIs, and features (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, selecting a subscription, accessing a workspace, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you access or use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

02

The GrowALE Platform

GrowALE provides an AI-native client relationship management (CRM) and workspace platform designed to help growing businesses, founders, and teams organize relationships, track sales pipelines, capture leads, record collaborative notes, transcribe audio dictation, and automate follow-up workflows.

We continually refine and enhance our Services. We may introduce new features, modify existing tools, or retire specific capabilities at our discretion. Certain features rely on third-party integrations and APIs, which may adapt when those third-party providers update their technical specifications or policies.

03

Accounts, Workspaces And Authorized Users

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to register for and use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify GrowALE of any unauthorized access or security incident affecting your account.

Workspaces in GrowALE are created and managed by workspace owners and administrators. Workspace admins are responsible for assigning team permissions, inviting authorized users, configuring integrations, and managing workspace data. You are responsible for all actions taken by authorized users granted access under your workspace.

04

Subscriptions, Paid Trials And Billing

GrowALE is a paid subscription service. To access and utilize the Services, you must maintain an active paid subscription or paid trial. We do not offer a free tier.

Payment processing is securely facilitated by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees on the commencement date and on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until cancelled.

  • 7-Day Paid Trial: We offer an upfront paid 7-Day Trial ($14.99). This trial provides full access to 1 workspace and platform features for 7 calendar days. Each account and organization is strictly eligible for this 7-day trial once. Attempts to restart or duplicate a trial across multiple accounts are prohibited.
  • Standard & Premium Subscriptions: Standard subscriptions ($47.99/month or $460.00/year) support 1 workspace with unlimited contacts, pipelines, storage, and standard AI features. Premium subscriptions ($77.99/month or $749.00/year) include unlimited workspaces, priority support, and high-capacity voice dictation.
  • Enterprise: Tailored arrangements, custom workspace capacities, and dedicated service level agreements (SLAs) are available via enterprise contracts.
  • Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your workspace billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current billing period, and you will retain access until that date. All payments are final and non-refundable; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
  • Taxes: Subscription fees are exclusive of applicable sales, value-added, or transactional taxes, which will be charged where legally required.
05

Customer Data And Ownership

You retain full and exclusive ownership of all contacts, companies, leads, notes, intake form responses, custom fields, files, audio recordings, and communications that you or your authorized users upload, submit, or store within the Services ("Customer Data"). GrowALE claims no ownership rights in your Customer Data.

You grant GrowALE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transfer, analyze, format, and display Customer Data solely to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and deliver the Services to you and your authorized users.

You represent and warrant that you have secured all necessary rights, licenses, notices, and consents from your contacts and clients to store their personal information in GrowALE and to initiate communications with them through our Services.

06

AI Features And Machine Learning

GrowALE integrates artificial intelligence models to assist with voice dictation, meeting transcription, automated relationship insights, contact scoring, and smart communication drafts ("AI Features").

Customer Data submitted to AI Features is processed solely to generate the requested outputs and insights for your workspace. We do not sell your Customer Data to third parties, nor do we permit foundation model providers to use your confidential workspace data to train publicly accessible models.

AI-generated outputs are probabilistic and provided for informational assistance. You remain responsible for reviewing, validating, and verifying all AI-generated suggestions, summaries, and drafted communications before relying on them or distributing them to external recipients.

07

Connected Platforms And Integrations

GrowALE enables integrations with third-party platforms, including Google Workspace (OAuth, Gmail, Calendar), Resend (email delivery), Cloudinary (media hosting), and Stripe (payments).

When you connect an external platform, you authorize GrowALE to access and process data from that platform in accordance with the specific scopes you approve. GrowALE's use of information received from Google APIs adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Your use of connected services is governed by the respective terms and privacy policies of those third-party providers. You can disconnect integrations at any time through your workspace settings.

08

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use GrowALE strictly for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.

  • Do not transmit unsolicited bulk commercial email (spam) or violate anti-spam laws such as the CAN-SPAM Act or GDPR.
  • Do not upload, store, or transmit infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise unlawful material.
  • Do not upload viruses, malware, or malicious code designed to disrupt, degrade, or compromise the security of the Services or other users.

09

Intellectual Property Rights

GrowALE and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including our software, interface designs, logos, trademarks, database architectures, documentation, and technical assets. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in GrowALE intellectual property.

If you choose to submit feedback, feature ideas, or enhancement suggestions, you grant us the unrestricted right to implement and utilize that feedback without obligation or compensation to you.

10

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither GrowALE nor its officers, employees, suppliers, or licensors shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.

GrowALE's aggregate cumulative liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total subscription fees actually paid by you to GrowALE during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11

Termination And Suspension

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription in workspace settings and ceasing use of the Services.

GrowALE reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or workspace access immediately if: (a) you breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy; (b) payment cannot be processed; (c) your usage poses an operational or security risk to the platform; or (d) we are required to do so by legal or regulatory authorities.

12
